Children’s Fitness Trainer

We live in a society where a wide percentage of children are unhealthy although they are the base of our future and progress; we will teach you how to train youth and teens in health and fitness and how to lead them to an active physical life to the rest of their lives.

The course covers topics including:

    Basic anatomy, physiology and biomechanics

  Different exercises for different ages of youth.

   The unsuitable exercise for youth.

 Help the overweight kids.

   Basic nutrition and supplements.

 Basic psychology.

After successfully completing this course, your learning outcomes are:

Create programs for children that can meet their specific fitness.

          Describe the safe and effective exercise for children.

             Understanding children and their age groups.
